We were given the challenge of taking unique mobile sites and desktop sites for Nissan and Infiniti USA and creating a responsive site with an extremely aggressive timeline. We had to use a 1 to 1 content strategy with the desktop experience. Another challenge was that we didn’t want to negatively impact current conversion rates. The last challenge is that we had to develop components that worked for both brands.
I worked with tech, creative, Marketing Science, and SEO to rapidly create components. We rapidly created components and did white-boarding sessions and component cutting of the current solution, to help define the content needs and solutions. We developed two responsive sites in three months with minimal impact to leads and in some instances positive gains to leads.
Since the Infiniti site was released JD Powers was the highest rated OEM Automotive Mobile Site.
